top almost complete, the
highly-figured Maple
begins to take on a life of
it's own!
7. The top is repeatedly
wetted and sanded to
force the grain to rise.
8. Note the large
contoured cutaway which
provides great comfort for
the player and easy
access to the upper
registers.
